Diesel’s Molecular structure impacts: Diesel is the mixture of 6 different hydrocarbons whose range starts from C10 to C16 and these molecules for the sake of stability form linear bonds with the other molecules with in themselves leading to the formation of complex molecular structures. This complex molecular structure leads poor combustion in the combustion chamber resulting carbon particles, soot and dangerous emissions comprising CO, CO2, NOX, SOX.

Mode of Action: By virtue of its surfactant property SC 5DE breaks the bonds that are formed for the sake of stability & convert complex structure to linear structure without altering the properties.

Dosage: SC 5DE can be added in the main storage tank or in the service tank or in the day tank depending upon the convninnc. One litre of SC 5DE is added to 1,000 litres of Fuel Oils.

Packing: SC 5DE is available in packing of 100Ltrs., 50Ltrs., 20Ltrs.

SC 5DE Benefits:

More fuel economy. It ensures the faster and efficient combustion leading to extra mileage of about 8% – 10%, as observed.
Emissions will come down drastically. CO and HC will be reduced to great extent. O2 will come down by 15 – 30%.
Maintenance of the engines will come down by 25 – 30%.
Engine oil will continue to retain its efficiency for longer period due to controlled temperature.
Fuel filter will be in effective working condition for longer period.
Enhances the thermal efficiency.
